Round 1 of the adults and the kids

A big welcome back to Keith, Sue and family after a brief 8 Stillman hiatus - there was much in the way of new croquet talent, giving the regulars all sorts of fits

Lots of new faces, lots of familiar ones too!

Aunt Mimi planning on whooping up on Aunt B

Ian gets a tough draw with both Aunt Kara and Aunt Amanda

Many years from now, it will be called into question as to who booked this round - it was not Uncle Donny - this was a tougher flight than it looked

This one however.....

Technique held the day - lots of roqueting to be had

Aunt Amanda and Sue catching up whilst babysitting

The first round of the kids tourney gets under way as well

And while the adults were smacking each other around in the back yard, the kids were having a good ole' time riding around in cars, biking, playing until the sun went down

The local hill folk came out and watched the festivities as well.....fortunately the kept their distance

Kylie's been watching very closely - her technique is nearly flawless - look out Aunt B someone is coming to get the trophy

The Kids tourney heats up - Keith helps out with some direction and guidance

And then the food broke out......

And more food - Chef Cordano (Papa) did an amazing job enduring blazing heat from both the grill and the sun

Someone's looking kinda hungry

Taking a break and enjoying the fine afternoon with a little good food and good company

Uncle Mike preparing to send someone to the watermelon patch

Uncle Donny playing ref to the madness
